**The Role - Post 16 Teacher
**For this role, I am actively recruiting for a qualified Post 16 Teacher who can take on the role of a general classrooM/Form tutor. The role will require you to teach/work with students who have are not able to be educated within a mainstream schoolsetting. Due to the students' needs, the ideal Post 16 Teacher will need to have experience working with children or young people who have challenging behaviour. Only qualified teachers who hold QTS will be considered for this role. This role requires a full-timecommitment on a long-term basis.

Alternative Provision

Post 16 Teacher
This alternative provision is located in West Drayton and caters for students who are not able to be educated within a mainstream setting for various reasons. They currently have 61 students who attend the school and an Ofsted rating of 'Good' from their lastinspection in June 2018.
