IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR JOB SUMMARY:

The
IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for installing, supporting, configuring, and maintaining internal systems and reports, with a primary focus on software solutions / systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Logging, monitoring, and updating tickets on the IMS (internal management system)
- Managing and configuring software and hardware
- Setting up new user accounts and access permissions
- Update and create Qlik / SQL / ODBC reports.
- Maintain systems and monitor performance.
- Create and maintain technical documents, manuals, and IT policies.
- Work with the wider IT team on adhoc projects and other associated implementation projects
- Update and manage security across access controls, backups, and training.
- Support internal users on a number of internal CRM systems and other associated software / systems troubleshoot, train, update etc.
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Previous experience of working in an IT team, within either a business systems / IT support or similar role.
- Previous experience of MySQL, ODBC, Qlik, Jaspersoft would be ideal, but not essential, with other transferrable skills in mind.
- A technical mindset, genuine interest in IT and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team essential
