£40,000-£50,000 DOE***We have an amazing opportunity for a Private PA, based in Oxfordshire, to support a successful business lady and her family. You will be responsible for a wide variety of Personal PA tasks; including managing the family's diary, ensuring appointments and events are scheduled and diaries are aligned, booking family holidays, managing the household bills and weekly shopping, being present for the children after school, ensuring they are fed and have completed their homework and music practice.

In addition, you will liaise with the Principal's work diary and provide PA scheduling that crosses over with her personal appointments.

There will also be some liaison with her husband who works from home.

This would suit a Private PA who is flexible in their approach and happy to work later in the day, to suit the family's schedule.

They are looking for a Private PA who is approachable and likes working with children and is happy being around dogs and cats, someone who can be fun but lay down ground rules.

Driving will be essential for this role and therefore you will need a current UK driving license and access to a car.

Duties:

Personal and business diary management
Travel management / coordination
Arranging weekly shopping
Liaising with the children's school
Driving the children to and from the school bus / appointments / social engagements
