This post will lead Second Step's new business development strategy and the management of business growth.

As we build on 34 years' experience, this is an exciting time to join us and make a lasting difference to the individuals and communities we work with.

You will work together with the CEO and Senior Team to develop/deliver our next overarching Strategic Plan.
