Walker Singleton are one of the leading independent Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agencies in the North of England. We are currently looking for an Asset Advisory Administrator to join our Machinery and Business Asset department in Leeds.

The Machinery and Business Assets team deal with corporate and personal insolvency cases, as well as private client instructions, providing professional advice over assets, asset value and disposal options.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To manage administration workload that may arise within the Machinery and Business Asset department or wider business;
  • To provide first receiver service of a high volume of incoming telephone calls for the department and deal with the calls accordingly;
  • Specific involvement in the running of online auction sales to include catalogue creation, processing of images, approving and liaising with registered bidders, raising and issuing of invoices, overseeing the collection of monies, and monitoring the client account, recovery of unpaid invoices, implementing the booking system for auction buyers and liaising with Walker Singleton site personnel;
  • To assist with the marketing activities of the Machinery and Business Asset Team and the business to include booking of advertisements and preparation of adverts;
  • To arrange travel and accommodation for the team in line with business policy;
  • To arrange meetings and appropriate requirements and facilities such as meeting rooms, refreshments, and equipment;
  • To attend and arrange business functions as directed;
  • General administration duties to include but not limited to audio/copy typing, document scanning and ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Technical Skills
Proven IT skills and competent knowledge of Microsoft office suite.


Hours
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm


Benefits
25 days holiday plus England and Wales Bank holidays.


Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
