Apprentify are hiring on behalf of our client who are looking for a Digital Assistant to support and increase the company's demand generation.

The company has been at the forefront of business improvement consultancy and training since 1984. In that time, they've served thousands of people through training and consultancy, shaping countless organisational and business improvement programmes.

Purpose of the role:

To support the creation and production of digital content.
To enable the distribution of digital content across social media and partner platforms.
To support CX and journeys across all our digital platforms.
To contribute to website content creation to support SEO and SEM strategy.

Core processes:

Produce digital content to support and build the brand.
Produce digital content to support customer journeys.
Distribute content across social media and partner platforms.
Support digital marketing campaigns with relevant and timely digital advertising.
Review and improve existing digital content to support SEO and SEM strategy.
Identify trending topics relevant to audience personas.
Collate, present, and distribute performance data for Generate Demand activities.
Support the Business Plan deliverables.

Success indicators:

Our digital content is accessible, accurate and relevant.
The engagement with our audience increases monthonmonth.
Our digital content supports customer journeys.
Performance of our digital content is measured and reported.
Our Generate Demand processes are executed, efficiently, effectively and accurately.

Entry requirements

Grade C/level 4 in GCSE English and Maths
Hold a full driving licence as commute to the office will be required 4 days a week
A great attitude with eagerness to learn
A creative streak and willing to contribute ideas

The primary duties we cover on our Content Creator apprenticeship are:

Plan and develop creative content aligned with the brief and budget/costs.
Interpret the strategy and objectives of the brand and align these to the content.
Research, prepare and develop the media messaging to maximise audience engagement.
Develop and create written content for various media.
Create visual and audio content for multiple media.
Store content securely and methodically to enable efficient access and retrieval.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to plan and align content delivery with business objectives.
Manage content online using appropriate tools and techniques.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the content produced against the original plan and recommend improvements.
