We are delighted to be working with are long term client, a well-established and thriving organisation, due to their continued success and growth are looking to appoint an Operations Administrator to join their team.

The Opportunity


Taking care of the department's administrative tasks to the highest standard will be your responsibility as part of a small engaging team.


What does my job look like?

  • Liaise with suppliers, and colleagues on site and in the office
  • Recording vehicle repair/breakdown/service jobs on the system
  • Supply colleagues with job information
  • Reporting and checking stock
  • Chasing orders and processing quotes for machine parts
  • Maintain vehicle tracking software and fuel cards
  • File and maintain service reports
  • General administration work

The person we're looking for?

  • Engaging, offering excellent communication skills
  • Have experience within an administration or Operations or business support
  • Organised and efficient with the ability to multitask
  • Personable and great communication skills
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Excel, inclusive of formulas & pivots
