Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.

Duties:


  • Analyse customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Assist customers in English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our database
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide product information and assist with order placement or tracking
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters

Skills:


  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Problemsolving abilities to analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 weeks


Salary:
From £11.83 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
