About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Admissions and Applicant Services team at Staffordshire University.


Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for the Admissions & Applicant Services Advisor will be to:

  • Manage inbound communications from prospective students across a range of platforms ensuring all information provided is up to date, accurate and maximises conversion potential.
  • Undertake outbound contact activity across a range of platforms and deliver events in line with the university's conversion strategy.
