Description
We are looking to recruit a new administrator to support us at our pre-school.

You will work closely with the pre-school leader, completing admin duties and financial matters.


Roles include:

  • Organising Early Years funding and completing headcount
  • Replying to correspondence
  • Invoicing, billing and collecting payments
  • Run payroll
  • Help maintain and update policies
  • Responsibility for Committee registration
  • Responsibility for Ofsted registration
  • Responsibility for Insurance renewal, EYA membership and Tapestry renewal.
  • Maintaining the accounts and paying invoices

Job Types:
Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Part-time hours: 6 per week

Education:


  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
