15-month FTC

£45,000 - £50,700 (negotiable) & Excellent benefits, including 19.2% company pension contribution.

Bedfordshire - hybrid working (2 days in the office)

We're working in partnership with one of the most established and prestigious business schools in the UK. They are looking for a Head of Partnerships to join them on a 15-month contract.


The aim of the Head of Partnerships is to be a professional specialist on rankings and accreditations for the School of Management, with high level of expertise in rankings strategy and on accreditations continuous improvement cycles.

You will provide professionaladvice and guidance to Dean and Executive of the School of Management.


You will manage a team of three people, including the Senior MBA Engagement Manager, who will have a pivotal role in the formulation and implementation of MBA engagement initiatives (from students to early alumni) with the objective of improving MBA Rankingsperformance.

The other two team members are the Partnerships coordinator and the Partnerships assistant.

Some of your duties will include:

  • To assure maintenance of elite position as one of the 100 triple accredited business schools in the world by leading on the different phases of the Accreditations continuous improvement cycles.
  • Give strategic guidance, lead and implement rankings excellence culture
  • Design and implement the school's partnerships model by setting up an innovative framework to go from a reactive partnerships' strategy to a proactive one.
  • Manage a team of 3, including the Senior MBA Engagement Manager and all the initiatives/actions plan proposed.
What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Business school knowledge/experience is essential
  • An understanding of the MBA market and rankings
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in an international business development role, with proven experience of negotiating and agreeing complex commercial agreements
