  • Our client, are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their ever expanding team of professionals._
  • Working in state of the art modern office space, with technology and organisation that is second to none. Our client one a UK Wide diversified manufacturer focusing on bespoke building projects is looking for "The Right Person" to suit this dynamic & friendly down to earth working environment._

The Contract:

  • 8.30am to 5pm Monday Thursday
  • 8.30am 4pm FRIDAY EARLY FINISH
  • 39 HOURS PER WEEK WORKING WEEK
- £ £12.00 DOE


Duties:


  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets
  • Managing incoming switchboard, taking messages, passing to relevant personnel, answering incoming calls in polite & timely fashion
  • Managing diaries for team members
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
  • Speaking to clients to answer queries and resolve issues
  • Following GDPR protocols
  • Working with private and confidential information.

Required:

  • Experience within an office environment
  • Reception experience and/or face to face administrative experience
  • 1 years' experience within an administrative role
  • Experience with inbound / outbound calls
