About the company:

Our homes provide a range of care and support services for our residents, some of whom live with dementia.

Activities Coordinator duties to include but not limited to:

Preparing and hosting daily activity session.
Producing and updating activity planners for the home. Supporting residents and encouraging engagement.
Arranging birthday surprises for the home residents.
Organising one to ones with residents, this might involve reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading or just a cup of tea and a chat.
Liaising with marketing team for Good News Stories.
Updating paper work, care plans, activity notes.
Assisting with breakfast, lunch and dinner duties (when necessary)
