PROJECT MANAGER ROLE COLCHESTER
This is a new project manager position working in Colchester doing 278 works, roads, drainage on a new scheme. A project manager is needed to lead a team and oversee the project.


Main Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Selecting and leading the project team
  • Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for services and materials
  • Resolving delays/issues that may occur
  • Communicating with clients, contractors, suppliers' colleagues on the progress of the project
  • Ensuring paperwork is completed for making bids and spending

Main Project Manager Requirements

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Experience with managing teams and delivering projects across Civil engineering, deep drainage, enabling works, hard landscaping and S278 works
  • Experience with delivering major projects
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • Experience on working on heaving earthworks projects
