On site at Aztec West, Bristol. BS32 4SR
37.5 hours per week - 8:30am-4:30pm

We are growing and seeking great people with excellent attention to detail who can screen our Advisors calls and who are very keen to trainand develop as an ambassador for two of the largest insurance brands on the market in Polly and Tom.

These products properly protect families against whatever the future may bring, and we would love to have more bright people join us to spread the word


Role overview:


  • Listen to calls that Protection Advisors have made and mark against our internal framework, built in line with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) guidelines.
  • Provide feedback to Advisors and identify common problem areas.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver weekly feedback to Senior Management.

We're looking for the following skills
