Are you looking for a new opportunity?

Our client, a well-known and Established Estate Agency is looking to strengthen their successful team with a further member in their Sales Team.

Working hours:

As an Estate Agent, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm with Alternative Saturdays 10 am-2 pm, and in return half a day in Lieu

The successful Estate Agent will be offered:

Basic Salary range from £20,000
£30,000
On target earnings up to £40,000
Commission structure
Career Progression

To be considered for the Estate Agent role you must have the following:

Estate Agency experience
Good knowledge of the local area
Target driven

As an Estate Agent, your role will involve the following:

Sales Negotiating
Viewings
Dealing with Offers
Vendor Contacts
Sales Progression
Valuing
