This role requires a hands-on
Chief Engineer who has experience working in a busy hotel environment.

We are looking for our
Chief Engineer who will:

  • Be responsible for the overall engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel
  • Ensure that all training needs for team members are identified, processed promptly, and undertaken at an appropriate time
  • Carry out routine spot checks of equipment
  • Ensure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectives
  • Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received
  • Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
  • Have experience leading a large maintenance team
  • Be handson and strong with stakeholder management
  • Share our values: Confidence, Understanding, Playful, Curious, Elegant, Easy
  • Have previous experience as
    Chief Engineeror
    Maintenance Manager in a hotel with
    more than 500 bedrooms
