About Our Client:

You will be working for a leading non-profit organisation in the Scottish Borders.


Main duties include:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Customer Service teams through the introduction and maintenance of best practice to provide professional, high quality customer service delivery,
  • Lead the implementation of Customer Service Strategy,
  • Manage formal processes across the organisation by conducting investigations or hearing disciplinary and appeals,
  • Work with regulators, internal and external auditors and consultants,
  • Being responsible for all areas of Customer Service, including effective rent collection, empty home rent loss, and arrears management to sustain tenancies and improve quality of life and wellbeing, managing resource levels, and delivering improvement projects,
  • Ensure customers are informed and proactively seek customer feedback to shape and develop services based on meeting needs and expectations,
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post, as necessary or as requested.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Previous experience within housing sector,
  • Experience within managing and developing teams,
  • Driving license

What's on Offer:


  • Temporary contract for min. 4 weeks
  • Hybrid working
  • 35 hours per week
