Children's Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP)

  • Near West Byfleet, Surrey (excellent transport links)

Contract type - up to 36 hours per week, term-time only (39 weeks) _part-time applicants welcome _


Hours - 8:15am-4pm, Monday-Friday


Contract term - Permanent***
Salary - Payscale LPT7, FTE £31,872 - £33,972 (pro rata £27,657-£29,479 based on 36 hours p/week)

Do you have an interest in supporting young people? We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic

Children's Wellbeing Practitioner to support our students and families. You will be part of an amazing

team with a deep commitment to delivering excellent results and helping students achieve their potential.

You will work with our pastoral team, meeting with families and students in and outside of school, to

help guide parents in supporting their children in overcoming anxiety and depression.

Fullbrook is a successful and highly popular mixed 11-18 Academy classified by Ofsted in March 2022 as

"Good". We have a centralised behaviour system allowing consistent classroom strategies with low

impact processes. Our culture is friendly and supportive with a strong commitment to staff wellbeing

and development. We have an active social calendar, including end of year trips, staff sporting fixtures

and access to a free gym onsite.
