We are growing year on year at BESTSELLER, and with more customers leads to more opportunities in our Credit Control team.

Are you interested in working in the team which aligns across all critical functions, including; Finance, Logistics and Sales to ensure our customers ledgers are fulfilled.

Are you great with customers, results driven and enjoy diving into the details? We are looking for a Credit Controller (Maternity Cover) to take full responsibility for their part of our wholesale fashion sales ledger as part of the team in Shoreditch, London.

THE TEAM

Join our brilliant team of 4 Credit Controllers, working together with the Credit Control Manager to ensure timely payments are made across all our clothing brands.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You will focus on taking ownership for your part of the sales ledger. Ensuring you build close and productive partnerships with the sales team, logistics team and your customers.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting due debt and resolving queries for our key partners and independents
• Attending weekly meetings to discuss best practise for our key partners
• Portal account reconciliations
• Processing and challenging debit notes with the relevant teams
• Following up on unpaid invoices
• Completing daily cash rota
• Reviewing daily block report and taking action accordingly
• Performing regular credit limit reviews
• Analysing and actioning new Credit Application forms
