WEBSITE MANAGER URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR 3 MONTH PUBLIC SECTOR CONTRACT

General:

  • Key point of contact for the website, responsible for its daytoday management, working alongside the Communications team to ensure design consistency and driving customer experience improvements.
  • Managing daily content updates, content demand, workflow, prioritisation and delivery.
  • Using Google Analytics to produce and report website statistics.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and website accessibility requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and timely resolution of issues.

Experience required:
An experienced website specialist who is comfortable hitting the ground running and working independently.

Experience working with stakeholders and managing agencies; basic use of native HTML; practical experience of WordPress CMS; dashboard integration; searchengine optimisation (SEO); Google Search Console; user interface (UI) research; user experience (UX) best practice; interpretation and reporting of website analytics.
