This is an exciting time to join the Account Management Team at Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.


We are looking to recruit three Revenues and Benefits Officers working in the Debt Recovery team in Account Management, which is responsible for the delivery of Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Rates, Benefit Overpayments and Sundry Debts.


You will deliver excellent customer service to members of the public including the accurate and speedy processing of customer accounts for council tax and/or national non-domestic rates, often involving debt negotiation.


You will benefit from our hybrid working arrangements which means we can offer a flexible approach to working remotely and in the office to accommodate the needs of the service.
