Test Engineer - £350 - £470 (inside IR35) a day (DOE) - Reading - Networking, Selenium, Cucumber

IGA Talent Solutions is working with a Global telco firm and are looking to add 2 test Engineers to their team in Reading, England.

This role does offer remote working but might need to come into the office every so often for team meetings or business criticalmeetings.

As the test engineer you will:

Define and create appropriate testing environments
Execute Validation testing of new access technology designs, including hardware, software and features for Access platform infrastructure
Collaborate with QA Managers and Software Developers to develop automation solutions
Design and develop test automation scripts following test automation guidelines

Skills and Experience:

Experience in integrating, testing and deploying systems in a dynamic, high pressure working environment
Some understanding and experience of relevant technologies and systems, specifically CMTS, xPON and/or virtualized systems, ideally with a solid background in telecommunications.
Solid understanding of software development, testing frameworks, methodologies and tools e.g. Robot, Selenium, Cucumber
Previous experience as a test automation engineer.
