Our client is a major multinational manufacturer with a long-established presence in Middleton and an excellent commercial reputation and success level.


We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant who will work with the executive team for a particular popular brand within the business.


You will be involved with:

  • Organising and maintaining diaries
  • Travel, accommodation, and vehicle hires
  • Boardroom bookings, hospitality, and preparation
  • Administrative support preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintaining and updating the Compliance Register
  • Administration of both the Company Car Scheme and Mobile Scheme
  • Overseeing and management of external visitors

You will need to bring:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence in your abilities
  • A passion for getting it right
  • An ability to deal with people at all levels
