Our client is a major multinational manufacturer with a long-established presence in Middleton and an excellent commercial reputation and success level.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant who will work with the executive team for a particular popular brand within the business.
You will be involved with:
- Organising and maintaining diaries
- Travel, accommodation, and vehicle hires
- Boardroom bookings, hospitality, and preparation
- Administrative support preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining and updating the Compliance Register
- Administration of both the Company Car Scheme and Mobile Scheme
- Overseeing and management of external visitors
You will need to bring:
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence in your abilities
- A passion for getting it right
- An ability to deal with people at all levels
