Hours: 40 per week (Monday to Friday)

The shift structure is rotating on a weekly basis - 6am - 2:30pm and 1:30pm - 10pm.

IS THIS ROLE FOR ME?

We are looking for experienced HGV Mechanic fitter's who share our ambitious vision and values to make Bristol a cleaner and greener place to live and work and be part of a positive and inclusive family.

You will be providing efficient and effective high-quality vehicle maintenance and support to all employees of the workshop. Working as part of a team you will repair mechanical and electrical system malfunctions and troubleshoot breakdowns, performing preventative work on our fleet to ensure efficiency and cost control.

Duties will include conducting quality control inspections, repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions, ensuring vehicles comply with statutory legislation, contain costs, trouble shooting breakdowns and ensuring service and parts options.

It is essential to have working knowledge of the vehicle repair industry and have practical experience in maintaining vehicles. Qualifications in vehicle maintenance is required. We operate Mercedes, MAN, Daf and Isuzu trucks.
