**Fixed Term Contract until 01 December 2025 | £21,189 per annum (Scale C) (pro rata for part time) | 15.8 hours per week | Thetford

We are looking for a friendly person to work as part of a small team at Ancient House Museum Thetford; delivering a high standard of learning and customer-focused services, so that all visitors' experience is informative, enjoyable and safe.

This post is offered on a part-time contract working 15.8 hours per week (0.43 FTE). Working every Wednesday 09:40 - 17:20 and every Friday 09:40 - 18:20.

This is a fixed term role for two-years with the possibility of extension.


You will join a small pool of people providing cover for the team at the Museum, covering daily visitor-facing activities, learning visits and after school clubs.


Previous experience of working with the public in a customer-facing role is essential and experience of delivering formal or informal learning programmes is desired.
