Calling all Development Chefs, NPD Managers and Area Chefs ready to step into something bigger.
I am partnering with an ambitious London grab-and-go brand that's scaling fast and getting serious about its next phase. With 8 sites already trading and a strong central production setup, they're now focused on tightening standards, elevating quality and building a food function that can support real growth.
We are hiring a
NPD, Technical & Quality Manager
(part-time, 3 days per week, London-based).
This isn't just a kitchen role. It's a full food journey role.
You will own:
- New product development from idea to rollout
- Batch recipe creation and scalability across CPU and shops
- Ingredient sourcing and supplier collaboration
- Food safety, allergen management and SALSA compliance
- Consistency of taste, finish and portioning across all locations
You will be the person making sure every product hits the same standard whether it's leaving the CPU or being served in-store. Creative brain, operational mindset.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in multi-site food brands or high-volume kitchens
- Knows how to build and manage recipes at scale
- Understands margins, waste and commercial impact
- Can influence chefs, ops teams and senior leaders
- Cares about quality but also knows when to simplify
