Be customer focused, with a proven background in delivering excellent customer service

  • Possess Mortgage Administration experience or solid administration experience within a professional environment
  • Possess excellent numeracy skills, with a good eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Selfmotivation, be highly organised and have good problemsolving capabilities
  • Good IT skills including Word, Excel and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

Role:


Due to increasing levels of business, our Client is looking to recruit several experienced Mortgage Administrators, to join them in their busy and modern office.


Duties will include:

  • Responding to telephone enquiries, gather and record initial information
  • Refer and liaise with Mortgage Advisers, make appointments
  • Act as first port of call for Clients, Lenders and Conveyancers with any queries
  • Adhere to FCA regulations
