Description
Be customer focused, with a proven background in delivering excellent customer service- Possess Mortgage Administration experience or solid administration experience within a professional environment
- Possess excellent numeracy skills, with a good eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Selfmotivation, be highly organised and have good problemsolving capabilities
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

Role:
Due to increasing levels of business, our Client is looking to recruit several experienced Mortgage Administrators, to join them in their busy and modern office.
Duties will include:
- Responding to telephone enquiries, gather and record initial information
- Refer and liaise with Mortgage Advisers, make appointments
- Act as first port of call for Clients, Lenders and Conveyancers with any queries
- Adhere to FCA regulations
REFER receive £250 when they start in their new role
