Description

Claims Handler opportunities have arisen with a Leading National Law firm to join their Retail & Consumer Department based in their Leeds offices.

Hybrid working will be available, however you will be required to travel to the Leeds office once a week.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a timely, professional and high-quality service to clients in the management of volume pre
- litigated cases in our casualty department.

Skills required:

Previous experience and knowledge of dealing with personal injury (OIC and MOJ Portals) desirable.
Demonstrable experience of following process.
Solid IT skills with the ability to adapt to case management systems.
Good communication skills.
Ability to negotiate successfully.
Commercial awareness.
