Claims Handler opportunities have arisen with a Leading National Law firm to join their Retail & Consumer Department based in their Leeds offices.

Hybrid working will be available, however you will be required to travel to the Leeds office once a week.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a timely, professional and high-quality service to clients in the management of volume pre
- litigated cases in our casualty department.


Skills required:

  • Previous experience and knowledge of dealing with personal injury (OIC and MOJ Portals) desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience of following process.
  • Solid IT skills with the ability to adapt to case management systems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate successfully.
  • Commercial awareness.
