Are you looking for a 'home-based' Customer Service role, then we have some exciting 12-month Fixed-Term contract Customer Service Roles to start in February

As Job a Customer Support Agent your typical day will look like:

  • Working in a fun and fast paced inbound contact centre, providing great customer care.
  • Working closely with your team, building great and longlasting relationships with your colleagues along the way.
  • Assisting the company's clients with any inquiries they may have.
  • Advice customers to products and services.

Requirements for this Customer Support Agent includes:

  • Ideally previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • A teamplayer with a passion for people.

The Company:

Our client provides an essential service to their customers and communities. When crisis hits, our client works tirelessly to offer support.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to represent the company by being on the front line of their support line.

You will receive 8 weeks of full training for this role, so you'll become a master of calls in no time.

Offering a competitive salary of up to £19,500 p/a alongside company benefits and 24 days of holiday.
