Junior Document Controller in a Creative Interior Architecture Studio
Are you a Document Controller within the Design sector looking for a fulfilling role within a design-oriented architecture studio that values your expertise and contribution?


This leading, award-winning architecture studio, with over 50 years of experience and offices in London, Asia, and the USA, is seeking a Document Controller.

The studio's impressive portfolio ranges from designing iconic hospitality projects to innovative buildings.

The job:


In this role, you'll be the part of the design and project management teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of design work.

You will be tasked with maintaining and controlling both electronic and hard copy project documentation, ensuring it meets the relevant standards.

Your role will span the entirety of the projects, from creation to retention, always maintaining the highest level of compliance with company, corporate, and statutory requirements.


You will also have the chance to participate in project meetings, gaining insight into the project's objectives, and learning about the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) required for documentation.

Your ability to communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members at all levels will be key in successfully fulfilling your role.


The requirements:


The studio is looking for someone with a minimum of one year of document control experience, preferably within the construction industry.

Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, are a must, and knowledge of document control software such as Aconex, NEWFORMA, Conject, Asite, 4 Projects, and Buzzsaw.
