Security Monitoring Centre now has an opportunity for a full time, permanent Customer Service Agent (CCTV) to be based at our newly refurbished Security Monitoring Centre in Nottingham.

With full training, the main goal of this role is to assist with the monitoring and response to CCTV and intruder alarms.


Job Description:


What will I be doing as a Customer Service Agent?

  • Respond to and process CCTV and alarm activations, speedily and accurately
  • Inform the relevant Emergency Authorities and Customers
  • Handle internal/ external customer related enquiries and deliver high levels of customer service at all times
  • 38.5 contractual hours per week There are various rotating shift patterns available Monday to Sunday

Working Shift Pattern Example (4 shifts on / 4 off): Rotating you will work two shifts with a 7am start to 7pm finish (days), followed by two shifts of a 7pm start to 7am finish (nights), then four days off.


Qualifications:


To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have previous customer service experience (ideally telephone based)
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work on your own initiative, as well as working as part of a team in a customer service environment
Additional Information

  • Starting salary of £22,800 including shift allowance. Increasing to £24,000
    upon successful completion of probation
  • Overtime at 1.5x basic rate
