    About the Role:

    We are seeking a proactive and skilled Legal Counsel with expertise in licensing and regulatory compliance.

    The ideal candidate will provide legal support across various business functions while ensuring the company meets its regulatory obligations in multiple jurisdictions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide legal guidance with a focus on regulatory compliance and licensing.
    • Support the wider Legal, Compliance & Risk function in areas such as commercial contracts, data protection, and general compliance.
    • Manage communication with regulatory authorities.
    • Coordinate external legal counsel work.
    • Lead efforts to obtain new licenses globally and ensure ongoing compliance with existing licensing requirements.
    • Perform other related duties as reasonably required.

    Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of licensing frameworks and regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Experience working in a legal role within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
    • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
