WHAT TO EXPECT
This role supports the Business Manager for the Engineering Quality to coordinate and ensure smooth running of the department and help improve day to day operations.
Key Performance Indicators
- Compliance to the Quality Management Standard, IATF 1694
- Coordination of mandatory training for the department
- Coordination of department process material
Key Accountabilities and responsibilities
- Department budget planning & spend tracking (headcount, shopping carts, recruitment)
- Coordination with IT & property teams to ensure department needs are met
- Management of the department's document storage repositories (inc. SharePoint)
- Coordination of department process material
- Coordination of mandatory training across the department
- Liaison with the Company Quality & Product Engineering Audit teams to ensure compliance to the IATF 16949 standard and support of audits in line with the annual schedules
- Management of department's Document Repository Inventory Matrix (DRIM)
- Represent the department at monthly Health & Safety briefings and taking necessary actions
- Support the department to resolve daytoday issues and queries
- Collaborate with Planners from other Centres of Competence to share best practice

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Knowledge, skills and experience
Essential:
- Proficient communication and influencing skills
- Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments
- Significant experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Attention to detail and the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly
- Strong understanding of people and emotional intelligence
- High levels of integrity and discretion
Desirable:
- Customer service experience
- Experience of documenting process / guidance material
- Demonstrable experience of process improvement and working in a project support role
- Experience of working in a manufacturing or automotive environment
