Project Manager / Contract

  • My client is looking for a Project Manager on a contract basis with experience in the energy industry. _

_Initially focused on LED Lighting installations, the PM will receive a detailed scope of works from the Technical Team, mobilise our install partners and deliver several high-quality installations._
The PM will report directly into the Head of Projects, and will support field-based activities as a major

part of the role across several projects


Daily duties will include:

  • Lead site kickoff and Prestart meetings
  • Perform site Health and Safety / Quality inductions
  • Perform installation quality audits
  • Act as first contact for technical issues
  • Perform Practical Completion assessments and work sign off
  • Cost control and management
The position is home based, with extensive travel throughout the region on a regular basis.


Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Behaviours Needed:


Essential

  • Project Management Experience
  • Electrical Installation / Building Services Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Lighting Products and Systems
  • Driving License with own vehicle

Desirable

  • Health and Safety Qualification (SMSTS / IOSH)
  • Knowledge of Energy Metering
  • CMVP Qualification
This role is offering a daily rate of £300 - £350.
