PA/Senior Administrator - Senior Management Admin Team, Children & Families Division Services)


Children & Families Division is seeking an experienced, organised and adaptable PA/Senior Administrator, primarily to support the Senior Management Team for Services (including Birmingham Forward Steps Health Visiting, School Nursing and School-aged Immunisations) plus provide cross-cover for other members of the Divisional Management Team as required.


Support to managers in document and spreadsheet production/data manipulation, staff record management (via ESR), procurement admin (via ELFs/PIM) and other systems.

PA/Senior Administrator - Senior Management Admin Team, Children & Families Division


Children & Families Division is seeking an experienced, organised and adaptable PA/Senior Administrator ideally to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) within its busy, friendly admin team, primarily supporting the Senior Management Team for Birmingham Forward Steps (BFS) Health Visiting, School Nursing and School-aged Immunisations services, plus cross-covering for other members of the Children & Families team as required.


Excellent minuting and IT skills are essential, with the PA also providing support in document production, staff records management (ESR), procurement and other systems (for which training will be available).
