Description

To Handel Shipments via Sea, Air or Road

  • Liaising with clients and export shippers to understand shipment requirements
  • Liaising with carriers/haulier for vessel space & container positioning / releases
  • Arrange customs formalities
  • Working on CNS compass / Destin
  • Understanding of bill of lading instruction to shipping lines
  • Creating export documentation
  • Arranging payment of supplier invoices,
- raising invoices to clients


Required knowledge, skills, and experience:


  • Experience in a sales or service support role
  • IT literate (Outlook, word, Excel)
  • Working knowledge of CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Cargowise
