What We Offer:

• Jointly design with our clients BPO solutions focused on the digital transformation and outsourcing of E2E business processes, specifically around dataintensive business and customer communication workflows
• Owning and coordinating the endtoend solutioning process with our local sales and global delivery teams for international, multimillion budget deals
• Leveraging tools, assets and methodologies, as well as driving the development and documentation of bestpractice offerings for managed services
• Coach our sales organization along the presales process while adopting a strategic approach in developing solution concepts based on future clients' needs
• Create complex business cases for our endtoend solutions and synthesize across all relevant stakeholders, coordinated with our Clevel decision process
• Drive the business development activities for adjacent service offerings and work with our internal innovation process
• Articulate industryspecific trends and challenges and help clients adjust to significant transformations

What We Are Looking For:

• 58 years of experience in designing collaborative managed service transformations at a BPO provider or international consultancy
• Handson expertise in designing service architectures and business process engineering for outsourcing deals with a focus on digital E2E customer experience
• Financial Services expertise is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in either economics or engineering, MBA is a plus
• A balanced mix of a proactive clientfacing personality, solid business acumen and a high IT affinity, including expertise in fronttoback process digitization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as an analytical and conceptual mindset
• Selfstarter mentality and a team player; able to work towards common goals
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel (up to 2030%
