Hourly Rate:
£20 with Paid Breaks - Monday to Sunday


Responsibilities:

As a Registered General Nurse at The Old Rectory, you will be crucial in providing high-quality and person-centred care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' healthcare needs. Planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. Administering medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery. Maintaining accurate and uptodate documentation of care provided.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse. Proven experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong background in elderly care preferred. Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and excellent interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work a fully flexible schedule, including alternate weekends and extra shifts for holiday coverage. Strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
