As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for marketing and design to contribute to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content scheduling, community management, and analytics tracking.
Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for content creation and audience growth.

Marketing Agency Coordination:

Collaborate with external marketing agencies to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with our brand objectives.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogues, digital assets, and promotional videos.
Provide feedback and direction to agencies to ensure brand consistency and effective communication of key messages.

Exhibition Management:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Assist with logistics, including booth setup, materials shipping, and onsite support.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure the successful promotion of our products during events.

Management of Design Projects:

Support the sales team in the creation and management of design projects for customer specific marketing materials.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide creative input, and ensure timely project completion.
Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all design deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts for business purposes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
Familiarity with marketing concepts, strategies, and campaign management.
Basic knowledge of design principles and proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Highly organized with excellent multitasking and project management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of the fenestration industry or related manufacturing industries is advantageous but not required.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
