We are looking for a best in class
HR Manager to join our growing client in London in a newly created
HR Manager role - you will take your place on the Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for translating the business plan, into a people strategy, and embedding this throughout their UK Sites.

They have various locations around the UKso travel will be part of the role, which is all funded, along with enhanced holiday entitlement at 25 days and a very generous bonus scheme You will need to work in London, or at one of their other locations three days pw, with two days worked from home.


You will build the People Strategy for the UK market, reviewing current and historic performance and data, to inform and build your People Plan which will align with the business plan overall.

Supported by an outstanding HR Advisor, you will genuinely havean opportunity to shape the future of the organisation in a legacy creating role.


Responsibilities of the HR Manager Include:

  • Trusted advisor to the SLT for all things people related, including overseeing all ER case work, handling anything high risk or high profile, and taking insights from casework for further inform the people agenda.
  • Build and execute a talent strategy focused on winning the war on talent, and on retaining people as a result of a well though out and engagement employee value proposition
  • Working collaboratively with the Operational Directors and Finance Manager to deliver the people plan.
  • Coaching and developing line managers to deliver their own people strategy for their teams, always available as supportive friend and expert voice to ensure they deliver this completely and confidently.

Requirements of the HR Manager are:

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent.
  • Ideally have experience working in property management or a professional commercial business environment.
  • Desirable experience working as standalone HR or Senior HR position for a minimum of 2 years, with 5 yearsexperience in HR Generalist
  • Strong generalist HR experience including current ER legislation knowledge.
  • You must be confident in your capabilities, be ready to challenge and promote new ways of working to champion HR within the business.
