Our Customer Specialists (Housing) take ownership of our more complex housing queries, investigating the issues for our customers and collaborating with colleagues to reach the best outcome.
We have an opportunities forCustomer Specialists (Housing) **to join our team in Newbury.
This will be a hybrid role where you'll be working from home and in the office at least two days a week.

What you'll need:
- Previous experience of delivering a range of housing management services
- The ability to selfmotivate and be highly organised
- Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to use multiple computer systems
- Previous experience of working with customers in a busy environment
- The ability to problem solve and recognise when there's a risk
