Focus 5 Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Executive to join our client.

This is a genuine opportunity for career development, join a small but established sales team in a fast paced and varied industry within a successfuland growing privately owned company.

Our client is a leading supplier of unbranded premium quality team and trainingwear, with year-on-year growth of 30%.

Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an exceptional internal Sales Executive withenergy, personality, who is reliable with a positive work ethic to work at our newly refurbished office.



Business Development Executive:

  • Managing a portfolio of circa 200 B2B client accounts
  • Following up leads generated by internal marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain the internal CRM customer database
  • Running sales projects to offer new products to new and existing customers
  • Discussing customers ongoing requirements, gaining product feedback and identifying competitive threats to the business
  • General incoming sales enquiries and customer support, working alongside the rest of the sales team.
What we're looking for in a

Business Development Executive:

  • 2yrs + experience in a business development role
  • Experience managing both new and existing clients
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with ease
  • Experience in the Sportswear industry is not essential
  • Product and system training will be provided

As a company, our client seeks to develop and promote individuals who demonstrate the right attitude and desire to succeed and progress in their role.

You must be self motivated, professional and well presented, being capable of turning prospective new leads into potential customers and looking to increase business with existing customers in line with the companies objectives.

Our client does not sell toend users, this is a B2B sales position, allowing you to use your skills to build long term business relationships.
