Role Profile


To provide administrative support to Riverside Regions to facilitate delivery of a culture of performance and compliance and to provide administrative assistance within a customer focused environment.


Delivering a responsive customer service to requests for information, with all communication being delivered reflecting the standards of Riverside Service Style.


  • Communication on behalf of the Regional Operations Manager by telephone, correspondence etc to other offices and external agencies.
  • Providing administrative support to Regional Operations Manager to ensure operational deadlines are met.
  • Collating and submitting regional information returns to deadline, including health and safety, Quarterly fraud and loss returns.
  • Providing support to operational teams to achieve improved performance against KPI's, including providing regional performance reports.
  • Providing administrative support to facilitate regional compliance in all aspects of the business.
  • Working confidentially with the Regional Operations Manager, other operational managers, and the HR team in preparation for Disciplinary & Grievance meetings, and other sensitive HR related issues.
  • Supporting the management of the regional on call rota.
  • Providing personal administration support where appropriate.
  • Including Regional Management Meetings, Employee Forums, Tenant
  • Compiling papers and drafting minutes
  • Liaising with Learning and Development to facilitate training within the region.
  • Liaising with attendees, making travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Arranging room bookings, ordering lunches where required.
  • General office reception duties
  • Managing central filing systems
  • Fire Marshall duties
  • Assisting with the procurement and management of office service contracts
  • Assisting with H&S management of the office environment
  • Ordering and monitoring of office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintaining financial administration systems, including, invoices, petty cash, and banking.
  • Developing and implementing new administrative systems
  • Assisting with management of office/regional budget
  • Some travel around the Region may be required.
  • To carry out other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be directed by your line manager.
  • Provide a high quality, customer orientated service, championing Riverside Service Style
  • To understand how your job contributes to the overall purpose of the organisation and be accountable for delivering it in the most efficient way.
