Working Hours - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote - 40hrs a week (flexible in working hours 07:30am - 16:3pm or 08:30am - 17:30pm)_

What You'll Be Doing:
The Data and Standards Specialist is responsible for supporting the maintenance of user data within the Henry Ford Academy Learning Management System and Ford Legacy systems, ensuring the smooth flow of business-critical data from the multiple sites operated by the Academy.
The Data and Standards Specialist will become an expert in the current Data Maintenance processes and will be responsible for maintaining and developing working instructions for regular tasks in order to provide increased levels of resilience from both an operational and audit-readiness standpoint.
During a Typical Day, You'll:
- Provide a supportive role to the Academy Business Intelligence Supervisor, LMS Manager and wider teams
- Gain advanced knowledge of Academy Business function and external Ford teams
- Maintenance and creation of data related processes and working instructions
- Assist and resolve HFA Data queries raised via Freshdesk inbox
- Support Data Administrator by covering tasks when busy or whilst on leave
- Manage delegate data update process and administrate training data
- Provide continuous Data Cleansing processes for current data sets
- Liaise with peers to provide reporting for gaps in the LMS system
What You Bring to the Role:
Experience & Skills
- Previous exposure to LMS or CRM systems
- Expert in MS Excel, including advanced formulas
- Intermediate understanding of MS Office, Word and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset
- Attention to detail
- Experience in report writing and presentation skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
