The key responsibilities of the Payroll Advisor will be:

  • Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of payroll calculations and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payrollrelated queries, including paycheck discrepancies, taxrelated issues, and benefit enquiries.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as HR and Finance, to ensure smooth integration and efficient payroll processes.
  • Provide support to the Payroll Administrator through regular communication and completing any adhoc tasks.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Excellent written verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong EXCEL knowledge.
  • Ability to work well individually as well as with a team.
  • Experience managing a team is preferred.
