Description

We are seeking a proactive, and enthusiastic individual to join our successful lettings team in Newton Abbot and the surrounding area.

Experience within lettings is not essential although preferred. We will consider applicants who are not experienced or those who have experience in estate agency.

This is a full time position, which will include working on a Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to incoming enquiries
Booking and Conducting Viewings
Providing Viewing Feedback to Landlords
Tenancy Applications and Preparation

About You:

Previous experience as Lettings Negotiator preferred, but other similar sales roles considered
Proven track record of achieving targets.
Motivated to progress and develop.
Good attention to detail
Holds full UK driving licence.
Willing to work across different locations

As well as competitive salary we offer mileage and expenses in addition to 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays this is a full time, fixed term contract role based across our offices in Teignbridge and Exeter.

This will include weekend working.
