Marketing Assistant
**Part time, Monday

  • Thursday, 20 hrs per week Temporary appointment starting February 2023**
    Responsible to: Marketing Manager


We are currently looking for a bright and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing team at our Head office in Welwyn Garden city.


Your Role:


  • Provide administrative support such as taking telephone calls, taking messages and carrying out appropriate follow up action.
  • Sourcing and placing orders for promotional items, processing invoices, updating marketing budget sheets, monitoring for discrepancies and over/under payments.
  • Keeping stock of and ordering corporate literature including business cards, policy documents and leaflets, admission contracts and other marketing material for the care homes.
  • Support with large corporate events, including organising and attending as required along with providing encouragement and support to individual care home events and activities.
  • To undertake any other duties, depending on skills and competency, to enable the efficient running of the Marketing Department.

Your Characteristics:


  • Possess good time management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
  • A team player with strong communication and practical skills
  • Driver with your own car
