What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders and provide advice and support to managers to ensure they are clear on the recruitment processes and timeframes.
- Monitor the Recruitment Inbox.
- Maintain the ATS and manage the administration processes such as scheduling interviews.
- Support the Recruitment Manager in promoting job opportunities internally and externals on relevant social media channels, and advise managers on the appropriate use of these channels.
- Be a champion of fair and inclusion recruitment practices, raising awareness of the need for a consistent approach across all services.
- Support the offer and onboarding processes.
- Support on a variety of recruitment and HR projects and initiatives.
What is the company looking for?
- 3+ years experience in inhouse or agency recruitment functions.
- Previous experience within the financial or professional services preferable.
- Experience working with an ATS and/or HRIS system.
- Taking ownership of tasks and thinking proactively.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and excellent written and oral communication skills.
