    We are seeking a Data Product Manager to join the N Brown Group.

    The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing our strategic data roadmap, acting as a data evangelist within the organisation by building relationships with stakeholders and SMEs, demonstrating the value of data.

    Responsibilities include balancing strategy, governance, and implementation of data initiatives, prioritising initiatives, and communicating clearly. The successful candidate will translate large data initiative requirements into smaller, actionable workstreams that deliver value.

    Additional responsibilities include:

    • Collating requirements and translating them into user stories to deliver iteratively, focusing on goals, product vision, and value realisation
    • Managing a backlog that delivers value against the product roadmap
    • Ensuring data is a primary consideration in all initiatives, representing data in new project design and implementation
    • Handling conflicting priorities, identifying and removing impediments faced by the team, and proactively flagging off any risks or delays
    • Monitoring competitor activity and overseas market trends

    This role requires regular presentation to the business through show & tells, weekly roadmap sessions, and quarterly business reviews, focusing on value delivery.

    The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, based on the job title, location, and industry standards.
